今朝の新聞で、イタリアがサッカーで決勝に進出したので、オーストラリアのイタリア人地区で大騒ぎ、という記事の下に、ゲイ記事があるのを発見した。
サッカーはどうでもいいわ。
記事によると、イアンロバーツとかいう、元ラグビー選手で今俳優をやってる４０の男が、３０歳の元恋人（むろん男）の半径５０ｍ以内に近づいてはいけない、と裁判所から申し渡されたそうだ。
出たわ、ゲイのＤＶ。
自分がちょっと前に書いた話でゲイのＤＶっぽいのを出したのだが、はっきり云って、ゲイのあいだでもやっぱりあるのね。と書いてるときネットで調べて思ったものだ。
でも、資料としては少なかった。
（まあ、あまりＤＶの解決には関係ない話だったが）
ＤＶって、異性間であれ同性間であれ、一緒だと思うのだが、被害者のほうは色々載ってるのだが、加害者のほうのことについてはあまり資料がない。
先日、本屋で一冊だけ見かけたけど、買いはしなかった。
なんだか見てると救いがない気がして。
（それに本を買ってる場合でもなかった）
なにはともあれ暴力は反対だ。
絶対負けるしな～。
でも男同士なら、勝てちゃう場合もあるか。
その愛の力でねじ伏せるか。

Roberts charged with assault
Former rugby league great Ian Roberts has been charged with assault
after an alleged domestic incident with his male partner in Sydney.
The 40-year-old is due to appear in court on Wednesday.
The alleged altercation happened on Saturday morning at Potts Point
in Sydney's inner east.
A 30-year-old man suffered cuts and bruises to his forearms in the
incident.
Police have not named Roberts, but sources have confirmed to the ABC
it is the the former footballer who has been charged with common assault.
He has been granted conditional bail ahead of his court appearance.

Ian Roberts, former rugby star turned actor has pleaded not guilty
to common assault against his partner.
Roberts, 40, who appeared in a Sydney courtroom this morning,
pleaded not guilty to through his barrister, Michael Barko.
Also present in the courtroom was Robert's partner, 30 year-old
Ben Prideaux. Magistrate Antony Townsend adjourned proceedings
and excused Roberts from appearing in court when the matter is
next heard, on August 16.
Mr Barko said an apprehended violence order (AVO) taken out against
Roberts following the incident was likely to be dropped at
Mr Prideaux's request, adding that although his client strongly
denied the allegations made against him, Roberts consented to a
continuation of the AVO.
Mr Townsden will hear arguments on the AVO in the same court
later today. "My client wants to make very clear that he absolutely
denies any wrongdoing in any respect and consent is made on that
basis only," Mr Barko said.
Mr Townsden ordered Roberts not to intimidate, stalk, threaten or
molest Mr Prideaux. He also varied the conditions of the AVO to
prevent the Superman Returns actor from going within 50 metres of
Mr Prideaux or his Potts Point residence, or contacting him by
any means except through his legal representative.
